A Development Activist Lewis Mwape is calling on the next government to deal with cadres in markets and bus stations so as to allow councils countrywide collect enough revenue to pay their workers on time.
Mr Mwape notes that caderism which has taken center stage in markets and bus stations result in the delay to pay council workers as local authorities are limited in the collection of revenue.
He has observed that a number of youths in public places such as markets are involving themselves in acts of hooliganism due to lack of employment opportunities.
And Mr Mwape has asked youths to avoid been used as tools of violence during this period of campaign
