Five health workers test positive for COVID-19

Five health workers at Levy Mwanawasa Teaching Hospital have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the number of health workers infected with the virus to eight, Health Minister Chitalu Chilufya has announced.
Updating the nation on COVID-19 today, Dr. Chilufya said the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the country has risen from sixty-five to seventy.
Dr. Chilufya said 32 cases remain active, 29 in Lusaka and 2 on the Copperbelt Province.
And Dr. Chilufya said health workers are conducting investigations on a 58-year-old asthmatic man of Choma who died this morning at the University Teaching Hospital.
