Ministry of Health PS, Kakulubelwa Mulalelo Fired

President Edgar Lungu has fired Kakulubelwa Mulalelo, the Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary embroiled in the scandal involving the supply of defective medical supplies.
The move by President Lungu who has also fired five other Permanent Secretaries namely Charles Sipanje for Northern Province, Joe Kapembwa for Sports, Stardy Mwale for Cabinet Office remuneration Division, Bishop Ed Chomba for Local Government and Auxilia Ponga for Tourism comes amidst calls for people involved in the Honeybee scandal to be made to answer to the law.
The President has transferred Agnes Musunga from the Ministry of Works and supply to Cabinet Office Remunerations, Trevor Kaunda from the Ministry of Energy to National Development Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation swapping with Danies Chisenda and Joyce Nsamba from Muchinga to Southern Province.
Meanwhile, the President has appointed Emmanuel Ngulube as Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health, Lenox Kalonde Permanent Secretary Works and Supply, Mathew Ngulube, Permanent Secretary Local Government and Patrick Lungu as Permanent Secretary Ministry of Tourism and Arts.
Others include Dr John Phiri as Permanent secretary Ministry of Sports, Royd Chakaba as Permanent Secretary Northern Province and Captain Davison Mulenga as Permanent Secretary Muchinga Province.
