Zambia’s COVID-19 cases jump to 95

Zambia has in the last 24 hours recorded six more cases of the coronavirus bringing to 95, the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases.

The six cases are from a total of eighty tests conducted in the last 24 hours.

Health Minister Dr Chitalu Chilufya said of the six cases, three are truck drivers who were in quarantine at the University of Zambia while the other three cases are from Matero, Emmasdale and Chipata Compound.

Updating the nation on the COVID-19 pandemic, the Minister said total recoveries are 42, with 3 death and 50 active cases.
